SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to PrimeFlow! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GST (UAE time, GMT+4) will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful order placement and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship internationally through trusted shipping partners to most countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping (where available): 3-10 business days after dispatch
Specific delivery estimates for your location will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected. Delivery times depend on the supplier location and shipping method chosen.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, peak shipping periods (holidays, sales events), or carrier delays.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and destination. We offer:
Free International Shipping on orders over $60 USD
Standard Shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status anytime by visiting our Order Status page at https://pffze.com/apps/track-your-order or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers, especially when ordering products from different suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Receiving partial shipments is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. PrimeFlow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
8. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, certain circumstances may cause delays, including but not limited to:
Customs processing in your country
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
National holidays in shipping or destination countries
Carrier capacity issues during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Eid, etc.)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
PrimeFlow is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our direct control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. Refunds for shipping costs in such cases are not provided.
10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the responsibility transfers to the customer. PrimeFlow is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation. We recommend providing a secure delivery address. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Verify the shipping address provided
Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
Contact us at admin@pffze.com for further assistance
11. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@pffze.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged packaging
Clear photos of the damaged product
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
12. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage (typically within 1-2 hours of placement). Please review your order carefully before submitting. For change requests, contact us immediately at admin@pffze.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
